I have always been an active person, but I actually hated fitness when I was younger. I started out playing soccer when I was 11 years old and was always one of the last players to finish in every sprint or run we went on. Fortunately, I was strong so I was able to find success, but I always knew there was some untapped potential deep down.
When college soccer was over, I needed something to keep me active and provide a competitive outlet: enter running! I ran a local 5k mud run and placed 2nd female overall. I was hooked.
7 years later, I have hired a coach, I have ran 6 marathons, qualified for the Boston Marathon, added a ton of strength training into my routine, and now coach my own clients!
Whether you have been running for your whole life or just started last week, I'd love to help you reach your goals!
